Performs Tom Waits
The world of Tom Waits opens up like an apple sliced with a sharp knife when a madcap multi-instrumental orchestra performs his songs with found objects and invented instruments. Off-the-rail tableaux vivants come to life. The musicians play in front of each other, on top of each other, switching voices, putting their feet in their mouth, spokes in their wheels, ropes around their necks.
